ROWING WORKSHOP - THURS, JUNE 6TH, 6:30 PM
This 2 hour workshop teaches athletes how to row correctly in order to maximize work output. Understanding the rower, practicing good technique, and assessing monitor feedback are all addressed. Participants will be videotaped and receive immediate feedback about their performance. Space is limited. Click on the Event Registration link to reserve your spot.
