WOD 2 of the CrossFit Open is being announced today. As we did last week, we'll schedule it as our workout at TCF on Friday. NEW THIS WEEK.... If you are a registered Games competitor, we're asking that you let us know what class you'll be attending on Friday in order to complete it. Send an email to Kimberly@TriangleCrossFit.com If you cannot do the WOD on Friday, please get in touch to schedule another time.
As a reminder, there is no 8:30 am class today. Feel free to join us at 6:00 am....okay, if you're not an early riser then sleep in and get here for one of our afternoon workouts . Regardless, we want to see you here!

27 something. Used a 20" box, everything else rx'd. Very slow on the pull-ups.
