If you've been attending evening classes lately, you may have noticed that things can sometimes get a little crowded. With this in mind, we have added a few more evening classes to the schedule to help alleviate some of the congestion. You'll now see a 7:30pm class twice per week instead of once and we have also added a 6:30pm class on Fridays. In addition, we will begin to have multiple coaches on the floor during class times determined to have heavier attendance. Please know that your safety and progress as a CrossFit athlete are very important to us. Our desire is to provide you with the coaching and attention you deserve while maintaining the flexibility for you to attend at times convenient for you. Thank you for working with us as we manage our growing pains. We're excited to have more people becoming a part of the Triangle CrossFit family and we will always do our very best for you!
