As the CrossFit Games get under way, it's important to not only look where you are, but how far you've come in your endeavor to get fitter and healthier. No, most of us will never be Rich or Annie, but we can be a much better version of ourselves, every day. The challenge I have for you is two-fold: appreciate the progress you've made, but don't be content to just get better at the things you're already good at. Work on those weaknesses like they are parasites sapping the life out of you. Although maybe not as fun sometimes (after all, getting beat down by double unders or pull ups in a work out isn't pleasant emotionally or physically), the progress you can make by attaining these skills can propel you into the next level.
*** The latest results from TCF's Top Dawg competition are posted at the box. Who's on top after WOD 2? Check the standings sheet to find out! ***
