A re-post from March 7th, 2012.....
Ever want something but were never willing to sacrifice for it? Chances are it never came to be or it is eluding you now. Achievement often does not arise without some level of sacrifice - giving up, avoiding, altering in one way or another. Maybe it's what you eat, how you spend your time, and/or practicing some self-control. Regardless, sacrifice is going to be necessary if you want to be able to say "I did it." If what you read here strikes a cord, grab hold of this opportunity to reach your goal. What are you longing for and what will you need to sacrifice in order to make it happen? Don't interfere with negative self talk; there is no room for "yeah, but" or "what if" or "how in the world?" You do have all of the capabilities to put this into motion and to deny the indulgences that are the only things standing in your way. It is your choice. No one can do it for you ... and no one will be able to keep you from it once you decide it's yours.

Switched up the order on the WOD to finish with the burpees. I like the tempo of this WOD.
