Workout of the Day
CrossFit Games Open 13.2:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Overheads (Press, Push Press, Jerk) (115, 75)
10 Deadlifts (same barbell)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20)
We'll be doing this at each workout like last week. Come work hard and see how your efforts stack up! Post number of REPS to comments.
