Today we'll be kicking off the CrossFit Games season on our home turf by doing WOD 13.1 from the Open. If you have not registered to participate in this worldwide fitness throwdown, it's not too late. To get in on the fun, you just have to complete the WOD and then submit your score by 8:00 pm EST on Sunday, March 10th. (Best to submit it early just in case!) Remember, if any TCF athlete is a registered Games competitor and is unable to attend today, contact us right away to make arrangements to make it up before the deadline.
We stated yesterday that we'd be posting reminders regarding some basic rules that are in place at TCF. With this in mind, here's another....always clean up after yourself. This includes putting all of your toys away and cleaning the big post-WOD sweat angel and/or all the droplets of sweat you flung to the floor while killing it on your burpees. There's sanitizer and paper towels on the shelf by the stereo. If it's all out, let us know and we'll refill it. Nope, we don't believe in "Never let them see you sweat." We prefer to live by "Life's messy, clean it up." (Admit it! You're trying to figure out the products that go with these taglines!)

Unfortunately, hit the wall with 135#; put 95# on the bar and got 25 more reps.
Looking back, I should have built up to the 135 and tried, 95#, 115#, 125#, then 135#.

Happy with that since I've never tried a 75# snatch before!
