We would like to take a quick moment to remind TCF parents about policies we have in place to help keep your children safe during their visits to the box. First, please instruct kiddos to stay in the areas we have designated for children up at the front of the gym. They are not allowed to run and play in any other part of the gym. Also, we are seeing more often than we would like kids climbing on equipment, swinging on rings, etc. while the parents are involved in conversations during transition times between classes. At no time should children be on equipment unless they are participating in a TCF Kids class. We appreciate your help in keeping TCF safe and injury-free for tomorrow's Firebreathers!

Snatch Grip Deadlift - 15 minutes to establish a 3 rep max
-Hips and shoulders rise together up to the knee
-Weight stays on the heels
-Do not drop the weight between reps

20 Dumbell Step Ups - 10 per leg (55# & 24", 35# & 20")
15 Ring Dips
