Workout of the Day
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 and 3 reps for time of:
Push Press (135, 95)
Lateral Box Jumps (24, 20)
Take 10 minutes to work up to a 1 rep max BARBELL Turkish Get Up on both sides. Keep moving! Once you complete a rep on each side, quickly add weight and go again for the full 10 minutes. If you reach a max earlier, continue trying that weight until time expires.
The Lateral Box Jumps, as the name states, are a sideways hop onto the box. Up on top is one, then down on the other side. Back up is two, etc.
