Workout of thet Day:
Front Squat - 15 minutes to find your 3 REP MAX.
Deadlift - 5 x 2 @ 80%, rest 60 seconds
Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes:
10 1-arm DB ground to overhead - 5 each arm (55, 35)
Finish each minute with max Double Unders
