Sprints are back! Shorter rest periods this go round. Push through.
We will be starting a new strength emphasis soon. The programming is being polished up now. More to come, but be prepared to get stronger than you currently are.

Sprint 6 x 100m, resting 75 seconds between
3 Rounds for time:
40' Burpee Broad Jumps
20 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55, 35)
