Today we'll be spending some time working on the Olympic Snatch. If you are new to TCF, don't worry. We'll take good care of you as we progress you forward in learning how to perform what we think is the ultimate of all barbell movements. Incorporating the Snatch into your training regimen brings with it a myriad of benefits....it teaches you how to explode, accelerate, apply force appropriately under varied conditions, and best of all, it's just a whole lotta' fun to do. So don't stay home today....come out and get you some!
Workout of the Day
Snatch - after some practice and drills, work up to a 1 rep max.
3 Rounds for time:
50 Double Unders
10 Squat Snatch (95, 65)
