TCF's "WOD in the Park" this past Saturday was a big hit! While there, we couldn't help but be reminded of the fact that we were back at the place where some of TCF's first workouts were held. Yep. About five and a half years ago, Triangle CrossFit was just getting off the ground. What had literally brought two people together (and if you don't know that story, just ask) was evolving from a dream into a reality. We were training clients out of our "gargage gym" and holding "WODs in the Park" until we moved into the space we are in now. We could have never imagined back then that opening Triangle CrossFit would have changed our lives so much. The experience has brought with it challenges as well as triumphs but the greatest gift has been the people. The TCF community includes the most genuine and kind people we have ever known. You guys are so supportive of us as well as one another and for that, we are thankful. You have made this wild and crazy journey worth it! Thank you for giving us the best CrossFit family ever. We look forward to many more amazing years with you all!
Workout of the Day
Back Squat - 4 x 4 @ 90% 1 RM
Every 30 Seconds for 5 minutes:
4 Hand Stand Push Ups. Complete any style hand stand push up, with the goal being to do as many as possible agains the wall. If you can't do those, or when you can no longer get ANY during your 30 second segment, modify so that you can get some kind of hand stand push up to finish out the 5 minutes.

21 Thrusters (75, 50)
21 L-Pull Ups
