Just a quick note to say how awesome it is to watch everyone working out and noting the improvement from when you first started. Whether you've been here one month or 5 years, it's amazing to think how far you've come. From your form and technique, to your strength improvements, to how hard you can push yourselves, congratulations on a job well done. Hang in there, and your fitness will continue to grow.

Deadlift 4 x 4 @ 90%
Glute/Ham Raises 3 x 8-10. If you can complete 10 reps at bodyweight, add weight (i.e.-hold a plate to your chest, or wear weight vest).
