We all influence each other in different ways. We have some great folks that encourage, motivate, and inspire each other to be better. Even after 5 and a half years, you guys still renew our love for what we do and make us want to do it better. You're all awesome!

Press - 4 x 4 @ 90% 1 RM
3 x 3 of the following combination: 1 rep=1 Snatch Width Grip Behind the neck Push Press + 1 Overhead Squat. Do 3 of these each set, as heavy as possible, resting 60s between sets.
Complete 8 Tabata Mash-Up Rounds (alternate exercises each round) of the following exercises:
Medicine Ball Cleans (20, 14)
After your last set of pull ups, rest the required 10 seconds, then Run 800m for time.
