Workout of the Day
Bench Press - 5 x 3 @ 90% 3 REP MAX
Hand Stand Push Ups - 4 x failure, rest 60s. If possible, perform as many strict HSPU as possible, then kip as many as possible before taking your 60s rest. Modify as needed.
3 Rounds for time:
15 Clapping Push Ups
20 Box Jumps (24, 20)
20 Steps Barbell Overhead Walking Lunges (95, 65)
