The Front Squat is the one of the most applicable and transferable exercises we do - to other exercises, and to life. Get better at it, learn to love it, and it will love you back....

Front Squat - 1 x 3 @ 90%, 1 x 1 @ 100%, 1 x 1 @ 105%, 1 x 1 @ 110%, 1 x 1 @ 105% of 3 REP MAX
3 Rounds for time:
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
Hand Stand OR Ring Work - anything rings that you need to improve on: muscle ups, dips, inversion, pull ups, etc.
Post max Front Squat load used (110%) and time to comments.
