We emphasize constantly the importance of proper form and technique. We harp on it daily. Properly executing the movements we do at TCF can be compared to art, and indeed, we have seen some outstanding technique in various exercises. Like watching a perfect gymnastics routine, or a flawless high dive, or a beautiful golf swing, the same sense of awe can be experienced when watching a wonderfully executed snatch or front squat or pull up. The "perfect" ones may be few and far between, but working towards that is the goal, and when it happens, you will know. It will feel "right". We challenge you to become artists of your craft. Don't just focus on getting that weight up, or getting those reps done. Put the focus on doing them right, and this will automatically make you faster, stronger, and more powerful.
