Open and All In

Registration begins today for the World Wide Open of the 2014 CrossFit Games.  TCF....let's do this!  We want each and every one of you to take part in the Open.  Yes, that's right... the whole family!  This is your chance to participate in an international fitness event.... right here in your home box!  The Open begins at the end of February and will run for five weeks.  Once it all begins, we'll be doing the Open WODs on Fridays at TCF.  Come on....join the fun!

Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 75% of 1RM (obtained 12/30/2013)


AMRAP 15 minutes

Buy In: Row 1,000 meters

10 Wall Balls (20, 14)
10 Sit-Ups
10 Pull-Ups

Post squat load and the number of rounds completed to Comments.

Back squats - 150 lbs

Metcon - 4+20 rx'd - wall balls are feeling better, but still had to redo quite a few

Jim's metcon - 7+26 rx'd!!!


BS: 225#
Metcon: 5 + 7 rx'd, very lethargic after the 5x5 squats


BS: 190#
Metcon: 5+20 rx'd


Metcon: 3+18 RX.


BS 225/5 form needs work
Metcon 6 rnds + 5 reps Rx'd


Back squat worked with 190#

Metcon 6+10 rx'd.


BS: 300#. These felt really heavy after heavy yoke carries yesterday, but i finished all reps in all sets

Metcon: 3+18. Scaled pull ups to banded with gray and green bands
