Press -- got all 20 @ 45# for the first time!!
AMRAP Used just bar for thrusters

Deadlift - 190 lbs, in hindsight, I used the wrong weight, should have been 200.

Press - 65 lbs, got to 15 (1 more than Friday) before having to push press.

Press: 140#. only got 17 this time before i had to start doing push presses

Metcon: 1+2 ; 1+0 ; 1+4
Scaled thrusters to 95#, couldnt keep my feet together on burpees, and just pulled my knees as high as possible on T2B

Press #55 got 12 strict press and the rest push press.
1+12, 1+13,1+12 using #65 thrusters.
Anyway we could pre-approve pictures before they get posted?

Was running late so missed deadlifts.

Worked with 70#, previously got 20, last night only got 18, then push pressed 2.

Metcon: 2+6, 2, 1+12. Wore me out!!

    Please join us on Sunday, September 20th, as we celebrate the upcoming arrivals of two new bundles of joy! Coach Eric and his wife, Wendy, as well as TCF athletes, Blake and Heather, are expecting and we have a fun afternoon planned in honor of their growing families.
