  • CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE AT TCF
    Since 2009, TCF has conducted a Christmas Toy Drive to help provide gifts for low-income families in the Triangle area. Let's keep this great tradition going and growing! All toys collected are donated to the Christmas Store , an outreach program of New Horizons Fellowship located in Apex. Please consider donating at least one new, unwrapped toy for a child 14 years or younger. We'll have toy boxes set up at the gym for collection through Dec 6th. Thank you!
  • TURKEY BURNER 2014
    Gobble! Gobble! At least that's what most of us do on Thanksgiving but don't worry because TCF is here to help. Come burn off all those extra indulgences by taking part in our annual tradition - the Turkey Burner WOD. Offered each year on the day after Thanksgiving, it's a workout that's hard to forget. With plenty of exercises, sets, and reps as well as a 90 minute cut-off, well, let's just say it does the job. The gym will open at 9:00am on Nov 28th and the Turkey Burner will begin promptly at 9:30. There is no charge for current TCF athletes and a $20 drop-in fee for visitors. All attendees should register through our Event Registration link. We hope to see you there!
