Workout of the Day

Barbell:

Front Squat - 4 x 5 @ 85% 5 RM (obtained on 12/27/13)

Press - 1 x 20 - If you completed 20 presses on Monday, take your weight up 5 lbs.  If you got less than 15 before push pressing, reduce your weight by 5 - 10 lbs.  if you got 15 - 19, keep the same weight.  If you were not present Monday, use 60% 1RM.

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:

5 Power Cleans (135, 5)
7 Burpees
9 Pull Ups

Post loads used and number of rounds to comments.
