    Join your Triangle CrossFit family on Sunday, April 27th, as we celebrate the arrival of spring as well as the upcoming arrivals of two future Firebreathers! The festivities begin at 4:30 when we crank up the grill to kickstart one of our famous TCF cookouts. Bring meat to throw on the grill, a side dish or two to share, and your adult beverages of choice. TCF will provide sodas, water, paper products, condiments, and dessert. And, as you know, we love babies at TCF so we are taking this opportunity to celebrate with the Caserta and Krause families as they both get ready to welcome babies #2. With this in mind, our cookout will also serve as a "Pamper Party." What's this, you ask? Gifts are not required but because we know many of you will want to show them some love, you can shower these Mommies with a pampering gift just for them or, you guessed it, diapers for the baby!
