Time for rest and recovery, after Saturday morning's workout, of course.
Workout of the Day
Front Squat - 4 x 5 @ 87% 5 RM (obtained on 12/27/13)
Press - 1 x 20 - If you completed 20 reps on Monday, take your weight up 5 lbs. If you got less than 15 before push pressing, reduce your weight by 5 - 10 lbs. if you got 15 - 19, keep the same weight. If you have not done this yet, use 60% 1RM, or find your 1 RM.
Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes, perform 10 Box Jumps (24, 20). For the remainder of each minute, complete as many Clean and Jerks (135, 95) as possible.
