Workout of the Day
Back Squat: 20 minutes to work up to a 3 RM
Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes, complete 5 Squat Box Jumps* as fast as possible (30, 24).
*Squat to proper squat depth before exploding onto the box.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
3 Ground to Overhead (135, 95)
6 Pull Ups
9 Push Ups
Post heaviest squat load and number of rounds to comments.
