Be sure to get in here today and hit it hard because we'll be closed for the fourth as well as on Saturday.  We hope that our entire TCF family, coaches and members, are able to rest, relax, and rejuvenate over this holiday weekend.

Pull Ups - 4 x 30 seconds max effort, rest 90 seconds

Conditioning:

40 Kettlebell Snatch (55, 35)
30 HR Push Ups
20 Toes to Bar
10 Deadlifts (275, 185)
20 Toes to Bar
30 HR Push Ups
40 Kettlebell Snatch

Nicole had to leave early for a wedding but was still able to knock out a couple of workouts during the Firestarter Challenge.
