Workout of the Day
High Hang Power Snatch: In 12 minutes, work up to a 1 RM. Make this a solid max. No press outs, or stumbling around, or other sloppiness.
Every Minute on the Minute for 5 minutes, complete 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats @ 85% of 1 RM above. If you can't complete the overhead squats, reduce the weight until everything's solid.
3 Rounds for time (18 minute cap)...
50 Double Unders
20 Push Press (95, 65)
20 Pull Ups
