Workout of the Day
Snatch Balance 5 x 3 AHAP, rest 2 minutes. These will be taken from the rack.
Take 10 minutes to practice handstand holds against the wall. Make attempts to lift one hand or the other from time to time, learning to shift your weight as needed. This is to start getting the feel for walks. Remember to keep that hollow position as much as possible.
Conditioning (last done 3/19/14):
Complete 8 Tabata rounds of Rowing (for calories) followed by 8 Tabata Rounds of Air Squats.
