The first step to getting started and learning more about training at Triangle CrossFit is to schedule a free introductory session. During this time, you will meet one-on-one with a member of our coaching staff to learn more about our program, have your questions answered, and experience a brief sampling of one of our workouts. Your intro session also allows us to better serve you as we find out more about your goals and current level of physical fitness.
Intro sessions at Triangle CrossFit are by appointment only. They last approximately an hour. Please arrive on time and be dressed for exercise.
After completing your intro, you can choose one of several membership options available to you. TCF is proud to offer opportunities to accommodate all levels of interest.
