Just as our methods of forging elite fitness do not reflect those of other gyms, neither does the amount of attention you receive and the results you experience. Results are what we’re all about at Triangle CrossFit. After all, you should be getting what you pay for. All visitors are welcome to try us out. Contact us to schedule your free "Intro to Triangle CrossFit" session. This is a one-on-one opportunity with one of our staff members where you will learn more about CrossFit methodology, have your questions answered as well as expereince a sample CrossFit workout. Once you figure out that CrossFit is for you, and we're confident that you will, you can join on a month-to-month basis. You can discontinue your membership at any time, no questions asked. If you already have a membership somewhere else, let us know, and we’ll try to work with you.
New members, regardless of fitness level, are required to take a three session “Elements” series. These classes teach and reinforce the foundational movements of all CrossFit exercises for proper form, optimum safety, and maximum results. The cost for the series is $100.00, which can be broken up into two payments, and yes, it is worth it.

Because we'd rather spend our time coaching instead of pushing paper and chasing payments, monthly membership fees are set up using an automatic charge system. TCF fees can be billed directly to your credit or debit card and will always run on the 3rd of each month. Again, we don't require long-term contracts so you can cancel anytime. If it becomes necessary to cancel your TCF membership, we ask that you provide a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure your next automatic charge is cancelled in time.
Cash as well as checks are accepted at TCF but please keep in mind all monthly membership fees are due no later than 5:00 PM on the 5th of each month. A $25 late fee will apply to all payments made after this time.
