Just as our methods of forging elite fitness do not reflect those of other gyms, neither does the amount of attention you receive and the results you experience. Results and superior coaching are what we’re all about at Triangle CrossFit. After all, you should be getting what you pay for.
All visitors are welcome to try us out. Contact us to schedule your free "Intro" session. This is a one-on-one opportunity with one of our coaches where you will learn more about CrossFit methodology, have your questions answered as well as experience a sample workout. Once you decide that CrossFit is for you, and we're confident that you will, the next step is to complete our Elements program. This is a series of four classes and is required regardless of your current fitness level. Elements classes teach and reinforce the foundational movements of all CrossFit exercises for proper form, optimum safety, and maximum results. They also give us an opportunity to assess your current abilities so that we can better serve you.
Get Started Package
$400 - includes all four Elements classes followed by two months of our 3x per week membership
Upon conclusion of your Get Started Package , there are three options for membership.

3x per week = $120
2x per week = $100
$15 drop-in fee for visiting out-of-town CrossFitters.

Private Coaching packages are available and can be purchased in as few as three sessions. This is a great option for those who may be nervous about exercising in a group or those unable to attend during our regularly scheduled class times. Private Coaching is also a great option for anyone who may be doing CrossFit at home and have never been under the direction of a CrossFit coach. Policies - PLEASE READ
At TCF, we have made every effort to put together membership options to accomodate all levels of interest as well as allow us to keep our business operations manageable. What you see is what we offer. Please do not ask us to make different arrangements.
In order to achieve results, you must particiapte in workouts regularly. The greatest transformations in our gym have come from those who attend consistently and are willing to work for it. If you are routinely unable to attend the number of classes your package includes, we encourage you to evaluate your commitment and/or your schedule outside of the gym. Make-up classes are not allowed.
Payment is set up using an automated billing system. TCF fees can be billed directly to your credit or debit card and will process on the 3rd of each month. If it becomes necessary to cancel your TCF membership, we require a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure your next automatic charge can be cancelled in a timely manner.
Cash as well as checks are accepted at TCF but please keep in mind all monthly membership fees are due no later than the 5th of each month. A $25 late fee will apply to all payments made after this time.
Outside of the time period associated with your Get Started package, TCF does not require an extended commitment or contract. Memberships are on a monthly basis and can be cancelled any time with no questions asked.
Refunds for time you did not attend will not be given. If needed, we will gladly work with you for any necessary extended absences by suspending your memberhip until you can return. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be absent.
