The first step to training at Triangle CrossFit is to schedule a free introductory session. During this time, you will meet one-on-one with a member of our coaching staff to learn more about our gym and program, have your questions answered, experience a brief workout, and learn more about membership options available. Our intro sessions do not involve high pressure, pushy sales tactics. Our intent is not to coerce you into joining our gym. We are here to answer your questions and help you discover if Triangle CrossFit is a good fit for you.
Intro sessions at Triangle CrossFit are by appointment only. They last approximately an hour. Please arrive on time and be dressed for exercise.
