In honor of Veteran's Day tomorrow, many, if not all, of our workouts this week will be based on CrossFit "Hero" workouts. Come, as you usually do, prepared to hit it hard in honor of those who serve(d).
Workout of the Day
Back Squat - Every 90 seconds, complete 2 reps @ 90% of your last 1 RM. repeat for 5 total rounds.
7 Rounds for time:
15 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
15 Power Cleans (95, 65)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20)
