Congrats to all the PRs yesterday! You guys have been working hard and it shows. You've gotten stronger, and maybe more importantly, you've worked on getting better at moving more efficiently. This has made all the difference. Nice job!
Workout of the Day
Run 1 mile
then, 4 rounds of
20 Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
20 Total Walking Lunges
20 Chest to Barbell Push Ups (coach will explain)
20 Alternating KB Snatch (55, 35)
