Deadlift - Perform 1x3 @ 82.5% 1 RM (found on 10/12/15), 1x2 @ 87.5%, 1 x 1 @ 92.5%, resting 90s. between, THEN, complete 1x3 @ 87.5%, 1x2 @ 92.5%, 1x1 @ 97.5%. STICK WITH THE PLAN.
Glute Ham Raise - Complete 3 x 8, AHAP, holding a weight plate or anything else you need to make 8 reps challenging. If you can't do these with no weight, complete Supermans on the floor at 3 sets of 10 - 20 reps.

10 Power Snatches (95, 65)
10 (per side) Barbell Front Rack Walking Lunges - same barbell
