Workout of the Day
Press Complex (from rack, done as quickly as possible without putting the bar down): 5 sets of 3 press + 3 Push Press + 3 Push OR Split Jerks. As Heavy As Possible (press weight will be limiting factor), rest 2 minutes between sets. Compare to 8/18/14.
For TOTAL time:
Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
rest exactly 3 minutes, then...
Wall Ball Shots (20, 14)
Hand Release Push Ups
Both of the conditioning pieces are shorter, so SPRINT! Post total time for whole piece, including the 3 minute rest, to comments.
