Workout of the Day
Back Squat - 5 x 3 @ 80% 1 RM. If you don't have a 1 RM, find it.

For time: (15 minute cap)
30-20-10 Push Press/Jerk (135, 95)
Double Rep Sit Ups (60-40-20)
IF you have been coached on GHD sit ups, do 30-20-10 of those, although you may have to work around each other since our GHDs are limited. Both versions are rx'd. If you have never done these before, today is NOT the day to try. GHD sit ups can be a cause for Rhabdo if one is not conditioned for them and they aren't done properly.
