Workout of the Day
15 minutes to work up to As Heavy As Possible - 1 Pause (at the knees) Clean + Jerk. First pull should be getting knees back, pause, then finish your squat clean. Jerk with the style you prefer.
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Med Ball Clean/Wall Ball (20, 14)
The m.b.c./wall balls are just like they sound - a med ball clean from the floor into a squat clean, then up to the 10' line for a wall ball shot. Guide the ball back to the floor for your next rep (so you don't have to chase it). Post heaviest load and time to comments.
