Workout of the Day
Weighted Pistols - 3 x 10 (total) alternating pistols, AHAP. Sub is 10 weighted walking lunges (kettlebell or dumbbell), lifting rear leg as you come out of the lunge.
4 Rounds for time
15 Overhead Squats (95, 65)
5 Muscle Ups - modify with 10 Pull Ups and 10 Dips
20 Hang Power Cleans (95, 65)
