Just in case you haven't noticed, the schedule has no classes listed for Friday afternoon as well as Saturday morning. This is because we'll be getting the gym ready for the pah-tay! Saturday night's soiree is going to be loads of fun and we hope you can make it. Pot-luck is how we do it so please bring food to share as well as your own beverages. Doors open at 7:00pm and the eating will commence soon thereafter. Dancing and other shenanigans to follow. Adults only, please!
*** If you don't want to miss that Saturday morning workout, be in the back parking lot of TCF at 9:00am to meet up with others interested in going out for a group run. Please keep in mind the gym will not be accessbile before or after so please plan accordingly. ***
Workout of the Day
Deadlift - 5 x 3 working up to AHAP
Weighted Pistols - perform 3 x 5 each leg holding a KB, AHAP, rest 60 seconds. If you cannot do pistols, practice to get better, not just go through the motions.

15 Push Press (115, 75)
3 Muscle Ups (Scale is 9 Pull Ups and 9 Ring Dips)
