Workout of the Day
Deadlift - Every 90 seconds, complete 2 reps @ 90% of your last 1 RM. repeat for 5 total rounds. Since we just did the CrossFit Total on Friday, 90% of a new 1 RM could be a little heavier than you can handle. Reduce the weight a little if needed, but make sure you can complete 2 reps.
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
2 Muscle Ups (sub=3 pull ups and 3 ring dips)
4 Hand Stand Push Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (70, 55)
Due to the location of everything, transition time will be a factor here, so hustle between exercises. Also, sharing of equipment may be necassary, so work around this the best you can. Post number of rounds to comments.
