Workout of the Day
Press Complex (from rack, done as quickly as possible without putting the bar down): 5 sets of 3 press + 3 Push Press + 3 Push OR Split Jerks. As Heavy As Possible (press weight will probably be limiting factor), rest 2 minutes between sets.
5 Rounds, rest 1 minute between:
40 ft sprints - 10 lengths (down is 1, back is 2, etc.)
10 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
10 Box Jumps (24, 20)
