Workout of the Day
EMOM for 5 minutes:
-If you can do Ring Muscle Ups, perform 2-3 emom.
-If not, perform Hanging V-Ups (like we did earlier in the year) for 4 sets of 5. Remember to drive those hips up as you pull the rings to your chest.
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
21 Air Squats
14 Kettlebell Swings (55, 35)
