We thought about it long and hard, and decided to go ahead with Top Dawg today. It's been several days since the Firestarter, so everyone should be pretty much recovered. As usual, let us know if you need to make it up.

It's never easy saying goodbye to an athlete and Lindsay is no exception. Lindsay has been training with us at TCF for three years and has been wonderful to work with since day one. This is her last week as she is moving to the West Coast. We wish you the very best, Lindsay, as life takes you in a new direction. You will be missed.
