CrossFit Kids Trainer (2019)

Level 1 Certificate (2017)

CPR & AED Certified

I started CrossFit with my family in 2013, as something fun to do together and to improve our quality of life.  As I became more confident with my movements and learned more about CrossFit, I caught the competition bug.  As I have continued my journey through CrossFit I learned CrossFit isn’t just a workout regiment, it’s a change in lifestyle.  I push myself to reach my fullest potential and always work to help others do their best.  I strive to better my coaching each and every day in order to provide the best possible experience.  My goal is to help everyone achieve their fitness goals while realizing similar life changing experiences through CrossFit.

Julianne Chappell

CrossFit Coach:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

Goal Setting Certificate (2012)

Mobility Certificate (2010)

Scaling Certificate (1)

CPR & AED Certified

It was February 2009 when I first started at Triangle CrossFit. Previously, I had been training for triathlons but was beginning to get bored with that.  CrossFit was the missing link to the kind of applicable fitness I was looking for.  In April 2011, I received my level 1, and began coaching soon after. Outside of CrossFit, I love hiking, paddling, and participating in the occasional race or CrossFit competition.

Nick Doyle

CrossFit Coach:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

B.S Exercise and Sports Science

CPR & AED Certified

I have been interested in sports and  fitness for most of my life, and graduated from UNC with a B.S. in  Exercise and Sports Science. I began CrossFit in 2012 and was blown  away by what the human body was capable of, and how quickly those changes became evident. I obtained my Level 1 in 2015 and love seeing the positive affect that CrossFit has on people's health and lives in general. Efficient movement equals stronger, faster, and safer movement.

Travis Warburton

CrossFit Coach:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

CPR & AED Certified

My interest for physical activity in sports began at an early age. Throughout school, I was involved in football, baseball and track. After many years of lifting weights at a globo gym I was introduced to CrossFit, WOW! In July 2012, I joined the CrossFit community and felt the positive energy. This led me to truly understand the philosophy of CrossFit and earn my CrossFit Level 1 in August 2017.

Erin Simpson

CrossFit and Fit Kids Coach:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

CPR & AED Certified

I always loved to run, but it was starting to take a toll on my body.  I needed more balance in my workouts.  My husband encouraged me to try out Crossfit.  I joined Triangle Crossfit in 2016 and found what I needed.  After seeing the positive results in my overall health and well-being, I obtained my Crossfit Level 1 in 2018 with the hopes to help other people reach the same positive results.  Crossfit has become a large part of my family, with my husband and kids joining in the fun.

Dena Bloms

CrossFitJV, Legends and Team Training Coach:

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

Brand X Kids Fitness Certified

CPR & AED Certified

I started CrossFit in 2011. I was always interested in sports and fitness and CrossFit provided everything that I was looking for. For the past 11 years, I have assisted my husband with coaching youth sports. Helping youth with school and athletics is a large part of our lives. I received my Brand X Method Certification in 2018 and am very excited about teaching fitness and nutrition to children. In my spare time, you can find me hosting dinner for the Garner High School Basketball team, at the baseball field cheering on my children, or competing at a CrossFit competition.

Carl Paoli - Gymnastics Seminar 2014
Crossfit Level 2 Trainer
Crossfit Gymnastics Trainer
AFPA Nutrition Consultant 2019

I am originally from Charleston, SC, where I received my degree in Early
Childhood Education from the College of Charleston. After moving to North
Carolina, I found my passion changing slightly and began working for Brain Balance
Achievement Centers. While there, I was able to help struggling children succeed
through sensory stimulation, nutrition, and exercise! Over the last 7 years of coaching, I have learned a lot. I’ve worked with
adults and children of all ages. With each class and every individual lies the
opportunity to learn and grow. Some of my favorite things about coaching are
getting the opportunity to be a positive experience in someone else’s day and
encouraging others to be the best versions of themselves that they can be in that
