What is Elements?
Elements is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 4 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with our head coach and one guided class. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit at TCF.

Who does Elements?
Anyone that is new to CrossFit or has less than a year of experience within CrossFit will go through our Elements process. We want to make sure that you are safe and that you will enjoy yourself at TCF!
What do we do in a typical Elements session?
Each Elements session is set up to flow just like our classes. Each class starts off with a general warm up. Next, you will learn the skills for the day. This portion makes up a bulk of the hour to ensure all questions are answered. After you feel confident in the new movements we cap the day off with a little workout using the movements we just learned to reinforce them.
What do I wear for Elements?
Clothes that you are comfortable moving in. You will be getting up and down off the floor and moving quickly. Make sure they are clothes you can sweat in. You will sweat.
What if I've done CrossFit before?
