Triangle CrossFit offers programs for all ages, including kids.

Training up the next generation

Keeping our kids healthy is a challenge in a world full of unhealthy habits.  Our programs are tailored to your kid's/teen's needs and skill level!  See below for more information about each program!

Fit Kids(Ages 5-9)

Our Fit Kids program is for ages 5-9!  Our program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes.  We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development through functional movements.  We focus on promoting health and fitness in a positive learning environment.  We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to encourage social interactions and a fun environment.  Our classes are safe and effective for children of all levels and fitness backgrounds.  This class is all about associating fitness with fun!

Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm and last 45 minutes!  Cost is $65/month.

Junior Varsity(Ages 10-12)

Our Junior Varsity program is for ages 10-12!  This class is the perfect bridge between the “fun” of our Fit Kids program and the intensity of our Varsity program.  The workouts are more performance based and light loads are introduced.  All of our workouts have the goal of preparing the athletes for the rigors of sport and the next level of workouts all in an age appropriate setting that will allow the athlete to thrive.  We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity.  We work to provide your child with a lifelong love of fitness and an understanding of how to take care of their bodies in the long term.  Whether your son or daughter is in season, off season, or just looking for a fun environment to train with their friends this class is for them.

Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm and last 45 minutes!  Cost is $65/month.

Varsity(Ages 13-18)

Our Varsity program is for ages 13-18 and has one major goal in mind- Performance. We work to improve your teen's confidence and performance in any sport.  Our program will teach them how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in.  On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.  ​Participants in our program gain a distinct advantage over their peers both physically and mentally.  Our athletes find that after a few months of attending class regularly, they have increased strength, speed, and coordination.  Whether your son or daughter is in season, off season, or just looking for a fun environment to train with their friends this class is for them.

 

Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and last 1 hour!  Cost is $65/month.
