During your No Sweat Intro, you will have the opportunity to take a tour of the gym, meet some of our staff, and discuss how we can help you reach your individual health and fitness goals with one of our professional coaches. This no pressure consultation is completely FREE and workout clothes are NOT required! Your No Sweat Intro will take about about 45 minutes.
