5 Workouts for Snow Days

Wednesday was the first full day of Spring 2018! Obviously though, Mother Nature had other plans.

As we prepare for the continued possibility of more snow, here are 5 workouts you can do at home on your own, or with the whole family! Get up and moving, and work off some of that snow day boredom. And even better, get the kids away from the tv!

1) 10 rounds for time:

5 push ups

5 air squats

5 sit ups

2) 5 rounds for time:

3 tuck jumps

6 alternating single leg squats (to a chair)

3 broad jumps

3) For time:

100 burpees

4) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:


Sit ups

5) 3 rounds for time:

10 air squats

10 chair dips

10 sit ups
