Coronavirus Update 3/19/20
Hope you’re doing well! I have enjoyed seeing everyone’s faces at the park and miss those you have not been able to attend! If you plan on continuing attending our park classes, then I recommend bringing a beach towel or a yoga mat of some sort. Please remember to reserve your spot in the class ahead of time. For those that have not been able to join us in the park, I hope you are enjoying the home WODs. You can now sign in and log your scores into our “At Home WOD” class within Zen Planner to keep track of your workouts through this time! For the home and park WODs, we are going to begin posting an in depth video explanation to the TCF Members Only facebook group as well as sending it in an email to all of our members. We are working to continually expand upon the WODs and apologize for the delayed posting during this time. If you have not been receiving emails from us within the last day or two, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive our daily At Home WODs and updates! Also, if you are not part of the TCF Members Only Facebook group, then please click the following link and ask to join our group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/331674710256146/?ref=share. We are working to expand on our community interaction during this time, so we are now going to offer a 6 am class in the front parking lot of TCF to allow for an early morning class. We will also be live streaming either the 9:30 am or 4:30 pm class Monday through Friday to our TCF Members Only Facebook group, this will allow you to attend a class if you’re not able to make it to our current class offerings. In addition, I am planning to live stream myself doing the park workouts to the TCF Members Only page on a daily basis, so that you can do the workouts with me! Streaming should be between 3:00 - 4:00 pm. If you are participating in our workouts outside of our classes, then I welcome you to post a live stream or to post a video of yourself doing them too! Finally, as the weekend approaches, I wanted to address our weekend schedule. We are planning on having our usual 8:30 and 9:30 am classes on Saturday mornings along with our 4:00 pm class on Sunday afternoons. Locations are still to be determined depending upon the workout.
