Fall Nutrition Challenge 2021

Our Third Annual Fall Nutrition Challenge is here, TCF!


When: Kick Off will be Saturday, September 25th, 2021 8:30 am - 10:30 am. The challenge will officially begin Monday, September 27th and last for four weeks ending with our Close Out event on October 23rd @ 8:30am.


Why: To gain a better understanding of nutrition, how it affects your body in and out of the gym, and what this challenge will look like.


Who: TCF Members and non-members


Cost: $75 (It will be added to your October monthly membership payment if you are a member of TCF)

How is it going to work?

Starting the challenge:

  • The challenge will start off with a Kick Off event on 9/25 at 8:30 am that will consist of an Inbody Scan, and an initial tester workout. The Kick Off will be followed by an initial Nutrition Clinic to provide you with necessary information on how to get the most out of the challenge!

  • We will also be doing a brief initial 10 minute check in for everyone before the challenge starts

  • Make sure that you sign up for your check in through the sign up link above


During the challenge:

  • You will be partnered up with an accountability partner, but you will also be in small teams of of 4

  • We will utilize a new Nutrition Challenge Facebook group for weekly tips to improve our health and to celebrate our wins each week

  • We will be using google sheets to track the points throughout the challenge

  • We will also be picking weekly winners throughout the challenge

  • We will also be having a recipe swap on 10/2 for food and drink ideas

Ending the challenge:

  • We will do a Close Out event where participants will reassess body composition using the inbody scan and complete the same workout as the initial, to celebrate the participant's success of sticking with the challenge the entire time! Shortly after we will name the winners of the challenge which will consist of the most improved transformation ( Inbody), most improved performance (workout), member's choice, and top team.


How to earn points: Points can be earned and lost in a variety of ways!
