Open Gym Rules and Regulations

Updated: Jan 28, 2022

TCF is doing a trial period for Open Gym!! Open Gym will start Monday, November 1. We will continue to tweak Open Gym as we get more familiar with the setup.

What is Open Gym? Open Gym is a way for you to work on whatever you want to outside of the normal TCF Class times. This is a great opportunity to work on those pull-ups or other skills that you want to develop! Check out the workouts section in Zen Planner for ideas on what you can work on if you're not sure what to do!

Who can participate in Open Gym? Open Gym will only be open to current adult TCF members with an active membership.

What are the days and times of Open Gym? Open Gym will be on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2pm-4:30pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am-10:30am. These are subject to change so look at our schedule for the most up to date Open Gym times! Click here to see our schedule!

A coach will be available for questions, watching out for safety concerns/issues, and Open Gym will be supervised, but not instructed.

Every member who attends Open Gym will be responsible for equipment set-up and clean up. This will include cleaning up any messes that you made during your workout and putting equipment back where you found it. Members should also be all cleaned up and done with Open Gym before the regular group classes start.

Open Gym will be a great way to help improve you on your fitness journey!
