Semi-Private Training

Semi-private Training is an approach to fitness combining features from one-on-one private personal training and small group training. Semi-private training is designed to accommodate up to three people per training session. Each session is one hour long. The trainer will program customized workouts for you and up to two friends to help you reach your fitness goals so that you can live a healthier and happier life!
