Each day at TCF we want to help you work towards your specific goals. We can do that by tailoring the workouts into two categories each with a specific purpose: Performance and Fitness.
Our tracks are designed with the goal of the athlete in mind and an individual's ability level doesn't matter. We ask that you choose the track that best suits your goals and stick with it. Whether you are new to CrossFit or a 10th year CrossFitter, your individual goals determine your track and not your abilities.

After you choose your track, we can scale further if necessary. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. That's the beauty of CrossFit.
